Shipping Policy At Jollybrook & Co, every order is packed with care from our Central Queensland studio. We currently ship Australia‑wide using Australia Post.
Processing Times Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or personalised items may require additional time.
Delivery Timeframes Standard and Express delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary by location. These timeframes are estimates only and are outside our control once your parcel has been lodged.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Express Post upgrades are available.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays, Loss & Damage If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue. Replacements for damaged items are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
