Refunds & Returns At Jollybrook & Co, we want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll happily offer a refund, replacement, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we’re always here to help if you have questions before ordering.
